I'm baaaaack!

Damn skippy. whodathunk. Diet and exercise. especially abdominal muscles. Since I started flutter kicks this last week I feel damn invincible. I know to be carefull but man! I can't believe this is all it took.

RANT: If you are out of shape and make habbits of lifting heavy weight, jumping out of planes or other shit that puts strain on your back like picking up the 205 by yourself, start taking care of yourself now. I know you probably wont do it. I never listened to the geezers and nay sayers either.

All I can say is I feel great! I'm down to 284 as of today in the gym. I started the year at 310 so it's possible people! I eat alot of vegetables but still manage to get a beer into my diet every now and then. I love my home brews. Take Care of yourselves! NORM

not to sound like a hippy, but you should really look into yoga norm. its not all about finding spirits and shit, just stretching your body and loosening the muscles that hold all the little shit into alignment. i was skeptical until i started doing a little bit each day and it makes a world of difference.

glad you are getting better, hope to see you on the trail at some point this summer.
