While Dave was finishing up in the mud bog, an really strange YJ in a  group of some other 4 wheelers started going through the rock obstacle (former tire pit). This thing is just a flat area of rocks that are maybe up to your hub. The YJ had flame stickers on it and and a big skull sticker on the top of the hood. It had 33"s and it could not even get into the obstacle! They even had a spotter out. The guy was finally made it out in a little under 20 minutes. Dave and I went over and made it through in maybe 1 minute and twenty seconds. Marty decided he'd try to take the hard way out. Some bumping and some grinding led to a broken Birfield joint as his rear tires popped over the cement wall.

While Marty was working on his truck, the 4 Broncos (and the Z-71) went to play over by the IRP (Impossible Rock Pile)/Quarry. I managed to claw my way up the first section of the hill, and then proceeded over to the next hill climb.

Damon tried the line over to the right, but it was just too steep and his transfer case skid plate was taking a beating. Bryan was next in line and made it up. It took Bryan a few attempts since he only had limited slip axles.

After Bryan crested the hill, Bill followed and we then made our way over to the Gusto Grande trail. I had never gone down this trail because you need to make a multi-point turn to enter it due to the big off-camber section at the top of it.

The ground was still pretty slippery, and the fact that we were driving down and steep, slick, rutted up trail made it pretty interesting. Everyone's tires loaded up with mud very quickly and good brakes were a must!
